I got caught stealing twice in jacksonville fl I completed a program had charges dropped and the 2nd time I had adjudication with held will this show on a back ground check ?

Not all background checks are created equal. Its possible this could show up. I am surprised you managed to get adjudication withheld on a second offense

It might - it depends on the employer & the type & how thorough of a background check is done. It could also show up on a retail theft database if the store(s) you were stealing from were retail stores & are members & if a prospective employer is a retail store & a member.
