I was arrested for shoplifting a pair of sunglasses the cost was under 200. It occured at a mall where I happen to work, the mall manager said he talked to the store and I am still allowed on site but not in that store. He thinks the charges have been dropped but he is not sure and hasn't heard back from the store.
I don't want this to go on my record, and I really don't want to go to jail. This is my first offense. I am 26 and a student. HELP ME PLEASE my court date is next Thursday November 20th.
