My jurisdiction is: AZ

I recently recieved an AZ state ticket for doing 66 in a 55 from a photo-enforce on a freeway outside of Phoenix. The driver pictured was NOT me; it was my son, driving his car which is registered to me. As a consequence, I recieved a ticket in the mail. I'm wondering if there is a way to have the ticket dismissed WITHOUT showing up in court AND without releasing the name of the driver. Does anybody have any experiences with these awful things that can help my son and I out? Oh and please, I'm not looking for somebody to tell me that if he did the crime, pay the fine; I'm looking for somebody to assist me in fighting this ticket without traveling thousands of miles to do so.

Sorry, I doubt if you will find any dishonest people on this legal forum.

The ticket probably came with a picture. Take the picture, your registration, and your ID to court prove it wasn't you driving it will be dismised

I would contact the jurisdiction and ask them. Possibly you can present a copy of your driver's license and a copy of the ticket to them by mail and have the charge dismissed. As for the name of the person, you have the right to remain silent. You are not required to talk.

More likely you might have to pay up or travel there. It can't be THAT much.

Happy Thanksgiving. I charge double for advice on holidays (Free Free).
