Recently I attended a neighborhood birthday party for one of the children in the neighborhood. There were photos taken of me and the children. I had posted some of these photos on my blog website with no intention of harm. A parent recently found the photo and threatned to press legal charges. I immediatly removed these photos. Does she have a case to press legal charges? What would those charges be if so?
