my boyfriend quit his job yesterday and has informed me of several incidents that went on at his job. The one that stands out the most is at a catering event his boss told him that he needed to pick plates up and as he was waiting to do this, his boss came up behind him and pinched him on the back of his neck and says "maybe you dont understand" and pushes him by his neck around the room and shoves him into the dishes in a very offensive way. Now, im no law expert but this seems to be wrong, am i right? Is there sanything we can do? This isnt the only incident though. Any body have any advice?
