Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Picture Taken after being caught

My picture was aken after being caught for shoplifting, with all of the items I stole. Thi store I went to is a huge chain.

My questions are,

will my name and picture be sent to every store in this chain?

My brothers are trying to get a job within this chain,

will it hinder them from being hired/ will they find out?

Yes your picture is going all over. They upload it into a database that their company uses and your picture will be distributed to LP personnel in the company. If you are caught in their stores, or if you are caught shoplifting again in their stores, you can be charged with trespassing.
