Pizza Delivery Accident

My son was delivering pizzas for a local pizzas establishment using the family car. He was in an accident and rear-ended a person. The pizza business has insurance who will cover the party my son hit and if there was any injury to my son as well. However, they will not cover the cost to repair my car. Do I have a case to go after the pizza owner to fix my car. He is avoiding me.

Your son though was at fault for the accident. I have no idea why you expect the pizza place to cover damages to your car. You should turn the claim into your insurance company.

By the way, your son should lose his job over this. He is not a safe driver and most places have zero tolerance for at fault accidents. He should probably start looking for another job if he hasn't been fired already.
