i recieved two traffic tickets about a month ago. one for reckless driving and one for improper passing. both in the same instance. I planned on fighting the tickets in court. but unfortunately i missed my court date. so i called the court house and asked what i should do. the woman said i was automatically found guilty and had two weeks to pay my fines. I paid the $500 in full with in those two weeks. my biggest worry right now is my insurance sky rocketing. is there any possible way i can still fight these tickets to at least get them off my record.? ps. i have already attended driving school from a previous violation about a year ago.

You can't do anything to ease the burden of these tickets.
You can talk to an attorney.
If the statutory appeal period hasn't passed, an attorney may be able to help you.
It couldn't hurt you to discuss this with a couple local attorneys.
The initial consultation is offered free of charge to you.
You only have an hour or two to lose, and you might find out that all isn't lost.
Even if you had to pay an attorney $1,500-2,000, that is gonna be far less than what your insurance rates will soon become!!!!

Sounds like you are hosed. You will have to suck it up. Even if you got back in to court you wouldn't be able to take traffic school again. Unless you have some very good evidence that the officer incorrectly cited you the odds of beating your citation are incredibly slim.
