In a assualt charge (DV) you accept a plea bargain and do the Diversion program, and supposedly the charges will be dropped, however, does the fact that you accepted a plea bargain stay on your record?
Diversion programs vary but I have never heard of one for DV. In most cases teh charge will show up but no conviction or it might read dismissal. To know for sure ask your Attorney
