I was charged with (2)felonies: Public Assistance Fraud and Failure to return leasing property and equipment. For entering a guilty plea the judge withheld adjudication on both cases. When asked if I have ever been convicted on a job application what do I put yes or no? Why?

You're a twice convicted felon.
You can't hide it, unless you were pardoned.
A deferred adjudication keeps you out of prison.
It doesn't mean you weren't convicted.
