Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft pleaded guilty to grand larceny, judge adjudication withheld

If I pleaded guilty to grand larceny, and the judge adjudication withheld , and someone ask if I was convicted what shall I tell them?

To a certain extent it depends on who the someone is.

It also depends on wording on who is asking. Read the question closely and carefully. Check you case status as well. If it does not read as "conviction" and the question is in regards to convictions you can say no.
