i was recently charged with possession with intent to distribute. It was my first offense and I am willing to give names of mass distributors. instead of getting a courtdate i have an appointment with an intake counselor. I have remained clean since the date i got in trouble. I got suspended from school but i have not withdrawn and currently plan to go back when possible and get my ged. I am undergoing substance abuse therapy at parkside Inc. mental health facilities. I am 16 years old and have no criminal record. And I have gotten a job since i got in trouble. What is my most likely punishment?
