I was arrested in 1999 on a misdemeanor case for soliciting a prostitute. I was fingerprinted and photographed. But DA's office called me next day and said there was no evidence. The case did not go to court and was dismissed. I received a letter to that effect.
Will it impact my green card application ? I mentioned "NO" to all the questions.
Please help.
