Please Help, i think im being intimidated by 3rd party

due to the billing complications, i could not remit a payment for the services rendered to me ( i was a freight broker, and the gentleman is a owner of a trucking company), so after some time, the owner of the company threatened me by saying that if i don't pay him his money back in two days, he will pay another guy double that amount to beat me up every day until i pay what i owe (i owe him $750). I will pay him, but i'm thinking of filing a complaint against him and the guy he said would beat me up at my local police district. am i doing the right thing? i don't want to get myself even more into trouble by doing something that would not be right for my own personal well being. please help.

It's a judgement call. At the very least never do business with him again. If it is causing significant anxiety, then I'd go to the police.

Odds are that he's bluffing, though. Probably has seen to many episodes of The Sopranos.
