Please Help Me!!

I am not sure where to begin and I'm not sure if I have a case but my husband who is a Marine and I don't know what to do anymore. There is this 26yr. old woman who is a spouse to one of the Marines my husband is in charge of who keeps lying and starting up trouble. She gave out my last name to some stranger in a group forum and I have all these emails of her starting up trouble. We are so tired this woman almost gave me a panic attack and I do not know what to do anymore. Can something be done or do I have to sit here and let her continue putting up lies about me? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Why is she giving or mentioning your name in a forum? You need to be more specific.........It might be her first amendment right. It all depends on your exact circumstance and reasons....... Without knowing the exact circumstance, I would say just emails of her opinions can't get a court decision. You need evidence her showing deliberate malicious intent and what she is planning to gain from it.
