Cousins Girlfriend has been creating drama and constant harassment. She has made my cousin File a police report and a restraining order against me for civil harassment or something bogus as far as the police report that has been filed...I am not sure what that is for.
This is my cousin... My family and he is mentally unstable. I have been trying to contact him through e-mail, but I have a feeling it is the gf replying to the e-mails. This has all been HELL.. Just trying to help a family member get out of a situation he is NOT happy with and now I am dealing with all this legal mumbo jumbo.
Isnt this considered Slander or false filing? And what should I do?
