Please help! What are my rights?!

My brother is the exectutor of my parents estate. He has not been actively trying to complete the tasks necessary to close out the estate. Assets have continued to decline in value while he has sat around and done nothing to try and resolve the estate. What are my rights? He is costing the estate thousands of dollars becasue he isn't doing anything. Work that has had to be done I have done myself. He is mis-using the estate property by driving vehicles that belong to the estate for personal use; taken items from the homes without my knowledge or consent. I feel as though I have no power to do anything to stop this. Everything is to be split 50/50, but I am kept in the dark on many matters and know nothing of what is going on. Any insight you can provide on what my legal rights are would be great.

You need to hire a lawyer and file for your brother's removal and also an accounting.
