I worked at a STORE for 5 months and times were getting rough in December and didn't want to lose my job because I didn't have gas in my car. Jan. they called me to the back and started asking me question

they told me I no longer had a job which I expected so I signed the papers and left..

Well March I got pulled over and was arrested for theft prop > $50<$500 and could not figure out what it was for and the police just told me that's what it said and the bonds guy said it just sounded werid.

So my question is how can walmart not infor you that they are going to press charges after they said we are not trying to ruin your life and you can get another job so forth.. I just don't understand please help

They have done nothing wrong, and they're under no obligation to tell you of their intent to press charges.

Do you have an attorney? If not, you need one.

Never speak to ANYONE when they are investigating a criminal matter.

Law enforcement personnel are not required to tell you the truth in order to get you to spill the beans.

Employers and private persons are even less restricted in their tactics used to get a suspect to spill the beans.

In your case, it's your fault for saying anything.

Either way, you were going to lose a job.

So, going forward, look to the future.

The bell has been rung.
It's impossible to silence the pealing now.

You stay out of any NEW trouble.
Follow the instructions given to you by the court and the bail bonding company.
Always appear in court on time and dressed in business attire.
Plead not guilty, hire a lawyer (or ask the court to appoint one to represent you), then wait, and finally say nothing about this to anyone, except your lawyer.
