Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Please Help

I NEED HELP OR ANY ADVICE..
I am not being given the best counsel, he is urging me to accept plea when there is only two pieces of evidence on me (a statement from Detective and extremely blurry photo from security camera which is really unidentifiable)
Also my other two co defendents are innocent as well, and is not much evidence on them but the DA (as of this moment) doesnt seem to be wavering from his offer of us pleaing to 10 felonies(the offer below)

Charged: 9 counts theft over $500 , 1 count theft over $1000 - Ebay Auction offense
Arrested: April 16 2007
Trial Date: Nov 8 2007 (no trial , court date set for Jan 14th 2008)


The first plea offer (made Nov 2nd 2007) is this:
-No jail time, but admitting guilt to 10 felonies
-6 years probation
-$200 per month restitution
-Maintain full time employment
-50 hours community service
-And is contingent upon all three parties accepting this agreement.

Is this a public defender? If you are not happy with counsel you are free to hire your own private attorney. Nobody can tell you if this is a good deal since we do not know the facts of your case.

You have the right to a jury trial, have you discussed this with your lawyer? Big risk with juries though, could do time.
