Here is my situation. I'm a clown on the weekends (yes a clown) for some extra pocket change. I did a job on Sep 15, 2007 for the CIA anniversary. 4 hours $400. Four weeks later i got a call from the agent that booked the job and told me that the paiment will be sent out within 5 days and that the customer called and told him how good of a job i have done. Well now it's Feb 5, 2008 and i still have not received payment. I have contacted the agent atleast 20 times, and according to him the payment was sent atleast 6 times, but every time i called he was was telling me that it was either recently sent or will be sent "tomorrow". I have sent e-mails and received responses as well as saved voice mails. I finally wrote him an e-mail stating that i will be filing a small claim suite and he LAUGHED at me saying that i won't get payed that way because all it does is put a judgement against the company but does not guarantee a paiment which i'm pretty sure is true. What should i do?????? I've been very patient but i honestly don't feel like it's going anywhere and him laughing at me really madee me mad
