Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Please help :(

I was recently caught shoplifting a $24 shirt in North Carolina. I'm 18 but I still live with my parents, so they called my parents to come pick me up rather than arresting me. I got a ticket and I have to appear in court next month. This is my first shoplifting offense, however, I have two tickets from an underage drinking incident when I was 16. The judge let me off with a warning that time, but what are the odds that they will bring that case up during my next court date? How can I find out if that has been expunged from my record? Also, what are the consequences for 1st shoplifting offenders? Lastly, will this affect my college admissions?

Since those other offenses happend when you were a minor its unlikely they will be brought up or effect this case. You should consult a criminal defense Attorney and talk about your options one being diversion

Your age has nothing to do with it. These programs are not available everywhere and vary on requirments ask your Attorney
