Please Help!

I am currently renting a home-lease was up in Feb, so we're on a month to month. Also residing in the home are my husband & 3 daughters, ages 17, 15, & 9. Both my 17 & 15 year old are pregnant-the 17 yr old with twins. My oldest daughters boyfriend recently started staying with us as well. Our landlord has approached us with wanting to charge us the rent we've already been paying, and charging my 17 yr old daughter and her boyfriend a seperate rent. Is this legal? What can we do? (If a copy of the lease is needed, I can provide.)
