hi how are you doing? i am a young father who has been supporting my daughter since she was born.i am recently starting to have problems with her mother as far as visitation goes i get my child every weekend and every weekend her mother finds a way to make it a problem wen i pick her up or drop her off i think the only solution is to go through court do you have any advice? the only problem i have is that my name is not on her birth certificate and not quite sure how to get that done.1 more ? wen i get granted visitation must chidsupport also go through the court or can we still keep our current arrangement thank you and have a good day and i am in new york

You cant have it both ways. If you go to court to seek vistation a support order is likely to follow. By the way without your name on BC you ar enot this child's legal Father and Mom can legally keep child from you. Your first action should be to establish paternity. Once done and you are in fact established as Father you and she can seek orders on custody/vistitation/support

I agree, you need to establish paternity first. Start googling to see what the process is for NY. Also Mom is very likely going to file for support once you establish visitation through the courts. I still highly advise you do this, then once a visitation order is set up, mom cannot deny you otherwise she is in contempt.
