My daughter worked in Healthcare as a CNA and she was accused of violating resident rights, and this was hear say from one employee that my daughter was applying for a promotion which was this other employees position. She had excellent performance reviews and after only 2 weeks of a new shift she was out for a few days sick and when she returned to work she was immediately fired by the Director of Nursing with no explaination except she was handed a letter explaining as to why. many horrible acquisations .

She was never spoke to or written up for any reason and had no idea this was coming. She has been unable to find any type of work in this field. She has been on unemployment for almost 1 year because of this. She cannot afford an attorney and human resources will not help her.

The charges must not have amounted to much, because she was not denied her unemployment.

She should talk to an attorney about this.
The initial consultation is usually at no charge.
That way, she can at least find out of she has a case.
From what you've posted and what I've deduced (she's getting unemployment), so the charges weren't substantiated.
Had the charges amounted to anything, the employer would have fought her unemployment.
