I used to date this guy well we had sex and everything well he didnt tell me he had a disease well now I have it and I want to sue him.. What are the procedures on how to do that and will it cost me???

You need to speak with a local attorney who you can go over the details with.
I believe you will have to prove that your partner knowingly had this disease and passed it on to you, and that you in fact got it from him.
The lawyer you speak with can tell you what it would cost, or whether you even have a good enough argument to proceed.
