my dad recently passed away.his exwife is trying to collect money from his work,union,and also has all his personal propetys.there devorce was final octber of last yr. i have paper work.she still tells ppl there married and is just a real scumbag.dad had no will.myself and my sister are his only kids.we have a property in dads name that he was renting to a exfamily friend i live in the guest house jon rents main house and refuses to pay any rent and wont leave.he has been sending all mine and my fathers mail to dads exwife.my father and i have the same name.he told me this last week.he has something going on with robin exwife"crazy" exwife.my dad died at robins house very unexpectedly.i know she did it.the toxicoligy report said overdoes on pills.there's alot to this story.its pritty unbelievable but its all in black and white.i need help

Take your proof, or your suspicions to the persecutor or DA in your county. Tell him or her what you know. They'll decide what can be done, if anything.
