Dcf wants me to stand up over the toilet completely named from the waste doin. Hold the UA cup down by my knees. She then squats down in front of me about two feet away and watches me pee. I get urine on my hands. Not to mention feeling very humiliated and degraded. . . My question is is this legal? I've even offered to pay for a blood or hair test due to the fact its really hard for me to pee like this. I'm a female. Thank . Any advice would be appreciated.

Sure it's legal, especially since they're sending in a woman to watch a woman. They want to make sure that you're not adulterating the urine. Have you been suspected of adulterating/substituting clean urine for yours?

And very simply, the urinalysis is far more cost effective and provides a much clearer indication of when the drug was taken.

Oh my, that sounds like something I would never want to endure.
That's why I endeavor to not anger the BIG BOSSES.
Sorry, nothing you can do, because they want to keep their eyes on your urination collection process.

Without a court order, you can refuse.
I suspect IF you refuse, you'll lose something you value.
My, my, my, another of life's little conundrums.
Choose wisely, OP.

And you should be able to wash your hands afterwards, so that's not a big deal.

I agree about the court order. If you have not been ordered by the court to submit to these tests then you are doing so voluntarily. If you are doing so voluntarily you should reconsider. You have nothing to gain and everything to lose by submitting to the test.
