Plumber didn't fix all the leaks...

There are a few leaks under my mom's mobile home. She called a plumber to fix it but he only fixed the one that's easily visible (doesn't have to go under house).
We called another plumber today and he says it is in the same area as the fixed leak and the other plumber should have fixed it.
The first Plumber refuses to fix it. What should I do? Can I at least get my money back? (excl. Parts)

Now, my poor mom is without water and is having difficulty affording another plumber. I live in Florida.

It's a small claims case and you'll robably need an affidavit or appearance from your first plumber as a witness to prove your case that the second plumber had to fix the work of the first plumber. Best is to write a letter, certified return receipt, to the first plumber demanding he fix the leak or return your money, otherwise you'll take him to court. Best of luck.
