Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft plz help me!!!!

hello
i have a dismissed claim on shoplifting in my background
how do i have to answer the question for job application regarding convection ?and does this always affect my backgroend for job seeking
is there any way to clear it out of my backgroend? or if not , how long this record will stay in my background?
oh... i live in Arizona
So if it will stay in my background ,how can i find job?????????????????

Where we dont deal in labor issues here I still feel we can help. If your case was dismissed then there is no conviction and your record should show case as dismissed. The attorney who dealt with your case will know best. If you fill out a job application and it asks about conviction you can say none and not be lieing. I hope this helps.
