i have a hudge issue on my shoulders.. i came to the us with my parents at the age of 13.. i was'nt born here so im not a us citizen also i overstayed..i'm 20 yrs old now.. and seven months pregnant with my first son... i was in a abusive relationship with my ex... and we broked up...and he moved away to another city (in fl)...
My son is due in may.. i have no idea what to do.. i mean i have no clue if i should let him sign the birthcertificate when he borns or what.. i mean i do not want him to take away my son from me .. or since my son will be a us citizen ...can he have me put out of the states and seperated from my son.. someone plz give me advice.
