I purchased new condo in Feb. 2007. I chose a tile option with my purchase of a 2 bed/1 bath condo. All tile except 2 bedrooms. I have had the tile company back 2 times for repairs in my bathroom. The tile is "hollow" in many places and the grout is extremly low. Workmanship is very poor. The warranty has expired and the floor company is "finished" with me. Do I have reasonable cause to go to court and try to recover the cost of the floor for poor workmanship ?
