I recently bought a craft set that came with a dvd, I popped the dvd in thinking it was an instructional tape, the dvd was porn. Can we sue?

well, she seen some of it before I caught it...
I put the dvd in thinking it was instructions, it was a blank dvd, no labels, just blank
I put the dvd in and it was a porn, she freaked out, asking what was wrong with the lady, she is 4

No damages, no case.

She, who? There's no mention of another person in your post.

I say again, what damages have you suffered?

I suspect it was a daughter.

But there is no indication of that.

Well, there's no indication of any damages either.

Well,
My daughter is 4 years old, and I really dont think a porn is approiate for her age group. Now with the responses I have received I see that you feel that watching a porn at 4 would not effect a four year old.
You all have a great day, this was no help whatsever.

There are damages that you can sue for, and there are damages that you can't sue for. You have the kind of damages that you can't sue for.
