portable storage building

i rent where i live. i got a rent to own portable storage building put on the property and then ended up going thru a divorce, therefore i got behind on the payments. The rental storage business is suing me for return of the building. I told them i don't own the property and cannot give them permission to come on the property remove it. They damaged a mobile home in the process of getting the storage building put in the back of the property. The landlord says he doesnt want them on the property until they repair the damage to the mobile home. But the rental place still has me going to court. What is my legal position in this whole matter?

Pay them what you owe. Recovering their property is their problem.
