Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse possession but have not been charged

I was found last night with possession of 1 10 mg adderall in my dorm. I have 1 paraphernalia minor previously to this. I have not been charged with anything as of yet but I may have to go to court. What is the typical charge I would face and how would I be able to defend this if I do have to go to court

You'd be stupid to defend this yourself.

I suggest you plead not guilty, admit to nothing, say nothing, and hire lawyer (or ask the court to appoint a lawyer to represent you); then stay out of trouble, and wait.

Every defendant is INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty in a court of law, not by mere accusation or arrest.
