Ok, So I am about 3 months away from completing drug court, which is the requirement for my conditional discharge of my possession charge. I have researched on countless website for more information concerning this matter. As far as my lawyer had informed me, was that after I completed drug court, the conditional discharge would show that the charge had been dismissed.
Can I be denied as an applicant for an apartment complex, based on the grounds of this 'charge' since it is not a conviction?
And Since it is dismissed after i complete the drug court program, Is it worth it to try and get it expunged?
