Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse possession of marijuana under 1oz

I was pulled over for not having my headlights on 30 minutes before dark (got a citation for that) and my car reeking of marijuana the officer ask to search my car. I say okay and tell him where everything is. He finds less than 2 grams and a scale. When issuing me my citation he didn't put the right name on said citation. In fact he didn't even put my last name on it. Everything else is correct except for sex where he put w/m.

Just wondering if I could get this thrown out from the error on the citation.
