I was arrested for possession of marijuana (about 2 grams). My friend was driving and I was in the passenger seat. He was pulled over for speeding and they found 1 joint and about 2 grams of marijuana in the glove box. They took us both to jail and we bailed out. I have a hearing on july 11th. How should i plea if i dont have money for a lawyer. Can you get deferred adjudification for this?
