i live in michigan and was recently pulled over down state and issued a citation for possession of marijuana. it is my first offence, and im wondering what to expect when i go to court in one week, should i get a lawyer? more or less im curious what the sentencing will be. The incident was in Bay County Mich... any suggestions would be helpful Thanks Andy

What amount?

How did the police come to find this marijuana? Did you consent to a search, or did they just do one?
