Hello,
My son who is 24 and who has never been in trouble before not even a speeding ticket. Was with his cousin in Smith county, who bought less than a oz of marijuana, but was sold to him in 4 small bags. They are both being charged of possession with intent. My son as ask for the case# or the jail docket # and was refused this information. Can you tell me if this is part of public records are not. If it is how can I get this information?
