Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication possessoin/illegal search and seizure

So me and 11 of my friends were playing hacky sack at a little hideout of ours in a forest when 2 cops came out of the field. When i saw them i didnt have time to run, but did have time to pick up a pipe and about gram that was in view and put it in my pocket. They started questioning us and then searched around a couch we had out there and found a small amount of marijuana. They then searched everyone of us out there and found everything i had and then some on my buddies. On the way out one of the pigs found somemore on the ground which my buddy said was his, but then i confessed to it attempting to get him off free. If the pipe and the weed was not mine do i have any hope in court? Do any of my friends have hope? Any advice on what approach to take would be great.
