I believe that I was discriminated against. I'm a black man who was told to "Go f!@# myself" by a white co-worker because he thought that I and another co-worker were talking about him. We weren't talking about him or to him. As a result of me asking him "what did he say?", I was placed on administrative leave while he was allowed to stay on the job? Do I have any legal options in this situation?
