We recently had our reviews at my company. At the end of the review I was shown my current salary, what my percent raise would be, and what my new salary would be. The number they had for my current salary was about 3k more a year than what I actually make. I pointed this out to my manager and he said he would have to talk to me later after they figured it out. I was called back into his office an hour later, he said "Sorry", and then showed me my new salary again which was the "correct" amount.
I got my first paycheck after my review, and the amount was for the original/wrong amount that they showed me. I assumed that the checks had already been cut by the time we had our reviews and that it would be fixed. I got my second paycheck yesterday and the amount was the same. It boils down to about an extra 3000 a year after taxes.
I really need this money since I'm barely making ends meet so I'm hesitant to say anything. Would I be in the wrong since I already corrected them once if I didn't say anything now?
