I was in an accident in one of our company trucks (where noone was injured and the truck only received a small dent in the bumper) this past Saturday and now almost a week later my employer wants to drug test me. I feel like there should be a time limit on that or something. Anyone have any clue?

Your problem is with at will employment. Unless you have a contract, your employer can simply tell you that the job isn't working out and he/she wishes to part ways with you. You probably have an "at will" contact, which is what such an employment agreement is. Unless you have an employment contract, this is what may happen should you not wish to take a test or provide some other assurance to your boss as to why you should keep your job. Otherwise, they can cite failure of confidence in your abilities -- or nothing at all.

Just take the drug test. Refusing to take it will certainly raise suspicions. Taking the test a week after the accident is basically pointless, but it's certainly not worth you arguing.

Pa. has no statute that regulates drug/alcohol testing by employers. (ie when they can request a test) Take the test as requested.

Very common and completely legal. Depending on the type of truck and such, it may even be required by law. Sure it should be done immediately but there is not time limit on such a request.
