I wonder what the current laws in alameda county, California are for growing pot and where would I find out his information? :confused:

If you do not have a Prop 215 card (and, heck, my DOG could get a Prop 215 card), then the answer would be: None.

As for the number of plants, here's what state law says:

H&S 11362.77. (a) A qualified patient or primary caregiver may possess
no more than eight ounces of dried marijuana per qualified patient.
In addition, a qualified patient or primary caregiver may also
maintain no more than six mature or 12 immature marijuana plants per
qualified patient.
