My housemate and I are both on our apartment lease, which expires in four months. He has started to store a small amount of marijuana and smoke it on our balcony after I've asked him not to bring drugs into the house, and he agreed, verbally. Talking to him has proven unfruitful. I am able to cover the entire sum of our monthly rent myself. I have taken pictures of his stash and have not touched it by hand nor have I used drugs. I would like him out. What legal measures can I take without implicating myself or getting myself evicted?
