]My Grandfather died 2 weeks ago. He was a father of 15 kids. The two eldest children was placed as Power of Attorney of the will. After my grandma died my grandpa health started to go down hill. He soon became home bound. During those months the original power of attorney had been changed by my oldest aunt and named another aunt in my uncles place. After my grandpa had passed away his funeral was already supposed to be paid for but the account which held the funeral money was drained and all that was left was a outstanding debt of $7000.00 to the funeral home. This was already supposed to be taken care of like my grandma funeral. During the next couple of day's the the power of attorney's failed to comply with normal standard of a will and did not contact the original will lawyer and discuss the procedures that needed to be taken. I believe all 15 kids needed to know that the normal procedures so matters could be clear that house hold items could not be move outside the house until someone other than a relative could verify all property. I know there is item that are rare and valuable in my grandfathers house and the power of attorney's are weeding that house out. I think something is wrong with this Will and the power of Attorney's aren't talking and they have not set a sell date or have they contacted the Will Lawyer. They will not give the number to anyone else.
My grandpa and grandma wished to sell it all and split the money divided by 15 kids.

The other kids need to get an estates lawyer before there's nothing left to fight over.

Do you have a question?
