I know there's been numerous posts about the PJC in NC but i couldn't see anythign about my situation. Part of the great week last week i was having included getting pulled and ticketed(first offense). The only problem is i was ticketed for two offenses: speeding in a 35 (he knocked it down from 46 to 45 even though i don't think i was going 45 even) and for not wearing a seatbelt. My mind was in lala land that day.

Can i still get a PJC since i had two offenses on the ticket? I don't want to waste my time going if it's not going to do anygood.

If not, is that going to be 2 points on both driver's license and insurance?

Let us know what happens. Last I remember a PJC was based upon the offense and level and number of times you've had trouble in the past. I don't see anything that would prevent you from getting a PJC. I'm not in NC so I'm not sure. Would be great help if you can let us know. I wish you good luck.
