I have used a Prayer for Judgement for a speeding ticket in the last year. I just got another ticket for 15 over the limit. Does this mean that the earlier PFJ is nullified, and I will get the insurance points, legal consequences for both offenses?
(A coworker told me that if you get a ticket within 3 years of a PFJ, the original PFJ is nullified, and you must then pay the full consequences for that ticket)

Anybody know if this is true?
Thanks

I believe your office co-worker is correct with regard to a North Carolina Prayer for Judgment -- both of your violations and the related points are placed on your driving record.
