I recently got pulled doing 62 in a 45, and have a set court date in July. I had a question about the prayer for judement. On my lisence it says i live at my Parents place, however, i am living at an apartment by the university that i go to. I know prayer for judgement says "1 per household every 3 years", but if i'm on my own insurance does that make a difference? Basically i'm asking is it "1 per HOUSEHOLD" or "1 per household on the insurance".
Also, do i just go into the courthouse and if they do drop it, and it's not under 10, (meaning i'd like to use it) , just say "i'd like to use my Prayer for Judgment"? Thanks.
