Hey...I just recently received a speeding ticket going 82 in a 70...dumb, I know, but I was rushing to get home. I got another ticket a few months ago (50 in a 35), but it was reduced to improper equipment because it was my first one. I know that if I'm convicted for this ticket, the first one will be reinvoked for insurance points. If I plead a prayer for judgment on this one, will that help matters? That is the only option I have heard about that seems feasible. Any advice would be great.
